Mediation is a structured, confidential process designed to help parties resolve disputes efficiently, respectfully, and without the cost and stress of extended litigation. As a neutral mediator, I guide both sides through productive dialogue, issue‑clarification, and solution‑building so they can reach a mutually acceptable agreement.

Here are the goals of mediation:
Neutral Facilitation: The Mediator assists the parties in identifying key issues, exploring options, and negotiating workable solutions.
Confidential Process: All discussions remain private and protected, encouraging open communication.
Structured Format: Sessions follow a clear agenda to ensure time is used effectively and all concerns are addressed.
Approach towards Win-Win Solutions: Ideal for civil disputes, business conflicts, landlord/tenant matters, family disagreements, and pre‑litigation negotiations.
Mediation Payment & Refund Policy
To secure a mediation date, payment must be made promptly and in full accordance with the following schedule:
Booking & Payment Requirements
Date Reservation: Once the parties select a mediator and agree on a session date, an initial payment is required immediately to secure the booking.
Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid no later than 15 days prior to the scheduled mediation session.
Payment Confirmation: Mediation dates are not guaranteed until all required payments have been received.
Refund Policy
All mediation fees are non‑refundable once paid. If the parties resolve the matter prior to the scheduled mediation date, cancel, or fail to appear, the mediator’s fee remains earned due to time reserved, preparation completed, and loss of scheduling opportunities.
No Refunds: All payments are non‑refundable, regardless of cancellation, rescheduling, settlement prior to the mediation date, or failure of any party to appear.
Reason for Policy: This policy reflects the time reserved exclusively for the parties, preparation work completed in advance, and the inability to rebook the date on short notice.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling Requests: If the parties need to reschedule, a new date may be offered subject to availability, but payments already made will be applied to the new date and will not be refunded.
Rescheduling Window: Rescheduling within 15 days of the session may require an additional administrative fee.
