Trial preparation is an intensive, detail‑driven process requiring consistent support, organization, and coordination. This weekly package provides comprehensive assistance to ensure all case materials are fully prepared for trial.

• Exhibit Preparation: Numbering, formatting, and assembling digital and physical exhibit sets.

• Trial Binder Assembly: Complete binder creation with pleadings, motions, discovery, evidence, and tabbed sections.

• Witness Preparation Packets: Organizing witness lists, summaries, declarations, and supporting documents.

• Chronologies & Timelines: Building clear timelines of events, filings, and evidence for attorney reference.

• Document Review & Summaries: Reviewing pleadings, discovery, and evidence to create concise summaries.

• Digital File Structuring: Organizing digital folders for exhibits, motions, and trial materials.

• Court‑Ready Formatting: Ensuring all documents meet local court formatting requirements.

• Deadline & Logistics Coordination: Tracking filing deadlines, exhibit exchange rules, and courtroom procedures.

Additional Fees for materials, assembly and delivery (Binders, Printing & Production)

To keep weekly trial preparation pricing predictable and fair, physical production costs are billed separately:

• Binder Production: Fees apply for physical trial binders, tab sets, exhibit binders, and witness binders.

• Printing Costs: Printing is billed per page for pleadings, exhibits, witness packets, and trial materials.

• Exhibit Sets: Physical exhibit copies for court, opposing counsel, and the judge are billed separately.

• Specialty Materials: Oversized exhibits, color printing, laminated items, or custom tabs may incur additional charges.
